My Approach

I am often told I am easy to talk to. I take a more casual approach in my practice so you feel like you are talking to a friend. I utilize evidence based practices and am always learning new interventions through classes and self-study. I primarily use Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) but also use some Internal Family Systems and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for a comprehensive approach. I believe in developing a connection so you are able to feel conversation is comfortable and meaningful to help support your healing. I hope to empower you to use new skills and build your strengths to tackle life's challenges.
